To ensure a smooth start to life in Japan for the first time, we provide comprehensive support, from housing and daily living arrangements to various procedures, supporting each student's independent study abroad experience.
About housing
Our school employs a "rented dormitory system," where the school leases external rental properties and provides them to students. Each room is contracted and managed by the school, ensuring students can live there with peace of mind. Furthermore, maintaining dormitory rules and living conditions is carried out in collaboration with students, with the school's support, fostering their ability to live independently.

move-in fee
(1) Dormitory fees (including rent, utilities, water charges, and neighborhood association fees): From 26,000 yen per month
(2) Utility costs (electricity and gas), communication costs: These will be charged at actual cost per room and shared equally among students living in the same dwelling.
(3) Initial cost: 35,000 yen and up
*The dormitory room rent will be collected by the school from the students residing in the dormitory and paid to the landlord.
*Students residing in the dormitory must pay their monthly dormitory fees to the school by the 20th of the previous month.
For students who do not reside in or are unable to reside in the dormitory, we will work with real estate agents to provide necessary support regarding the procedures for rental agreements.

About life
As a general guideline for living expenses other than tuition fees, including housing, food, utilities, and national health insurance, approximately 90,000 to 120,000 yen per month is recommended.
During the orientation upon enrollment, we will explain in English or Nepali about residence status, activities outside of your permitted status, administrative procedures, medical care, housing, disaster prevention, financial management, traffic rules, etc.
We conduct regular health checkups and provide health support in cooperation with our group company, "Numazu Alps Clinic, a medical corporation of Gyojinkai."
• Foreign language support (English or Nepali): Staff who can speak foreign languages (English or Nepali) will be available to assist government agencies, banks, medical institutions, etc., as needed.
We will collaborate with various local government agencies to conduct traffic safety classes (at police stations) and disaster prevention and life-saving training (at fire departments).
Regarding activities outside of one's visa status
While those with a "student" visa are generally not permitted to work, they can work up to 28 hours per week if they obtain a "permission to engage in activities other than those permitted under their visa status."
During school-designated long holidays, students are permitted to work for up to 8 hours per day.
Businesses related to the adult entertainment industry and similar businesses (such as pachinko parlors, arcades, and bars) are strictly prohibited.
