Surrounding environment

Numazu City, where Fuji Tsubasa Japanese Language School is located, is a core city in eastern Shizuoka Prefecture with a population of approximately 180,000, blessed with spectacular views of Mt. Fuji and abundant seafood from Numazu Port. It is located about 100 kilometers from the Tokyo metropolitan area and is served by two major expressways, the Tomei Expressway and the Shin-Tomei Expressway. Furthermore, it is easily accessible to the Tokaido Shinkansen from nearby Mishima Station, making it very convenient for transportation from both Tokyo and Nagoya.

Our school building is conveniently located just a 5-minute walk from the south exit of Numazu Station. The south exit has a covered shopping arcade that extends from the station, and our school is situated near the shopping arcade, so there are plenty of restaurants and you won't have any trouble finding lunch. The Kano River flows nearby, and the surrounding area is well-maintained, making it a very pleasant place to take a stroll.
