Enrollment period and duration of study
Admissions are offered twice a year, as shown below.

Application to Enrollment Process
(1) Submit the application form and required documents to the school and pay the application fee: Approximately 5 months before the enrollment date.
(2) After the selection process, successful candidates will be determined and notified by email: Approximately 4 months before the enrollment date.
(3) Payment of tuition fees: Approximately 1 to 2 months before the enrollment date

Eligibility Requirements
① Educational background
Applicants must have completed at least 12 years of schooling in their home country and be eligible to enter higher education institutions.
② Japanese language ability
Applicants must possess the following Japanese language proficiency, depending on the course they wish to enroll in.
(1) Two-year advanced Japanese language course: Applicants must possess Japanese language proficiency equivalent to A1 level in the "Reference Framework for Japanese Language Education".
(2) Advanced Japanese Language Course (1 year and 6 months): Applicants must possess Japanese language proficiency equivalent to A2 level in the "Reference Framework for Japanese Language Education".
③ Ability to cover expenses
The ability to continuously cover tuition and living expenses, and the transparency of the fund-building process, must be proven through official documents.

[② Written Examination (40 minutes) ]
This can be done online (with the local referral agency present) or by a representative from our school visiting the local referral agency.
• Japanese Language Proficiency Test (Written): 30 questions in total, 40 minutes, 100 points. Consists of characters/vocabulary, grammar, reading comprehension, and listening comprehension, and confirms the Japanese language proficiency required for each course.
(Vocabulary/Words: 10 questions, Grammar: 10 questions, Reading Comprehension: 5 questions, Listening Comprehension: 5 questions)
[Interview (15-20 minutes )]
The interview will be conducted online (with the local agency present) or by our school's interviewer visiting the local agency.
Japanese language proficiency (interview): 15 minutes, 100 points
Questions will be asked according to the required level of Japanese language proficiency for each course, and the ability to understand the questions, respond in Japanese, and perform basic communication will be assessed.
English proficiency (interview): 5 minutes, 100 points
If the applicant's native language is not Nepali, they will be asked everyday conversational questions in English to assess their basic English response skills.
Pass/Fail Determination
The decision on whether to accept or reject an application will be based on the results of the document review, written examination, and interview.
If any deficiencies or falsehoods are found in the submitted documents, or if any fraudulent activity is confirmed, the applicant may be disqualified.
